I'd suggest to add a small section on the default restricted permissions, e.g. no access to /home folder for many flatpaks (which is a good thing), cf. https://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/sandbox-permissions.html#filesystem-access
Also maybe add a hint about flatseal, which makes it easier to change said permissions via GUI: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1086529/how-to-give-a-flatpak-app-access-to-a-directory
