KDE
KDE translations are done by editing PO files and committing to SVN repo.
- Translation teams: https://l10n.kde.org/teams-list.php
- Then find the "Statistics" on left side of that page, "trunk" is the development version, preferably use that, that can be synced to "stable" [ref], e.g. currently KF6: https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf6/team/
- KDE infrastructure logins are managed on https://identity.kde.org/
Xfce
