Installing and configuring Saned (server side)
In a terminal, as root user, type :
| # urpmi saned |
Once installed
systemctl enable saned.socket
Configuration, type
scannerdrake
if your scanner is not yet configured, you can now do it. Once configured, click on the button "scanner sharing" You can choose to share with all computers or you can type IP addresses of authorized computers.
Configuring scanner (client side)
Type
scannerdrake
choose "Use scanners on remote computers" enter the IP address of saned server
