Booth attendants
If you propose yourself as a booth attendant, that does not imply that you have to be there all day. The more people who volunteer, the less time a single individual must stay at the booth, so please do.
Please note, that we should have people at the booth, speaking French, English and - if possible - Dutch.

Hotels
- Some of us will stay at Hotel Villa Royale.
Some of us stayed there 2011 and 2012 and we can give good marks. It now costs € 62 /night for a single room, breakfast and taxes included - an alternative could be Hotel Bristol Stephanie.
It's somewhat near Fosdem (3km) and near Gran Place (2km), very luxurious, single room € 69 /night ; double room 79 €; club room (4persons) 129 € . not included: breakfast buffet 27€/person; city tax 7,60€/room
Annual General Assembly
As in the last two years, the General Assembly of the Mageia.Org Association will take place during FOSDEM. In this General Assembly we will only do the Reviews of the last year, the elections for the positions on the board will take place after FOSDEM using the epoll electronic voting system, since not everyone will be able to attend the FOSDEM.
The topics for the General Assembly are:
- General report about the association's last year (ennael)
- Financial report (rda)
- Discussion
We now do know the time and room for the General Assembly. The GA will take place at 15.00 (CET) in the community room in building H. We only have a 1 hour time slot, so we shouldn't start all that late. See you there, Oliver

todo: book a community room at Infodesk, from mail by Tias Guns & Alasdair G Kergon: The main one is in the K building, but the one in the H building is where these bookings should be made, The concept is simple: any project/community can reserve a timeslot (15 minutes to an hour), during which they have the room just for them. It is meant for ad-hoc discussions, meet-ups or brainstorms. It is not a replacement for a devroom and it certainly is not meant for talks, so there will deliberately not be a projector. The rooms are cosy and small with around 30ish seats. Reservation can only be done on site and *during FOSDEM*. The reservation sheets are at the infodesk in the H building. The rooms are not far from that infodesk. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
