djennings: I would like to see this feature, but perhaps not in the way the author intended. The issue cropped up during mga2 cycle that the DVD contains DEs that cannot be selected in custom install (such as xfce), and depending on the edition used (eg dual) it can show DEs available for install that are not on the medium. My preference would be for the installer to list *all* the DEs and to show if additional media is required to install each DE.
