Knowing the running mageia release and the connected user isn't immediate. I would be happier if the top menu that is today 
could be: Mageia <release> <user> KDE<release>. For example: Mageia 4 ... Bill ..... KDE 4.10.

Detailed Description
Why it would be good for Mageia to include it
Newcomers from Windows aren't used to opening a console and are lost when they want to check the running Mageia release. There is of course the background, but it can be changed.
