Steps to create a bugzilla account to assign bugs to a mailing list :

  1. In bugzilla admin, set DB as first in the list of active authentication methods for user_verify_class on https://bugs.mageia.org/editparams.cgi?section=auth
  2. Create the new user (as disabled) on https://bugs.mageia.org/editusers.cgi?action=add
  3. Remove DB from the list of active authentication methods for user_verify_class on https://bugs.mageia.org/editparams.cgi?section=auth
