I don't understand the items:

  • one bug tracker for the needed implementation
  • one bug for track the bug in/of the implementation

I don't understand it, either. Maybe the author meant to say that each separate issue that matches the summary of the tracker should get a separate bug report, and that the tracker bug report is only meant to track those issues, so not to discuss the issues: that should be done in the separate bug reports. --marja (talk) 18:12, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
