Installation
Don't we have to "push" people to create packages (not to "share" this packed created with other but) for better support with package-management ?
I read on the page "make" && "make install"

Why "have to"?
User may want to have the packaged stable version installed, plus one or more versions of the development version in different folders in his ~ , without fussing with package management.
Never tried myself to build rpm of QET. Personally i like it to live in my ~ , close to the project files so they get backed up together for guaranteed long time compatibility, and have more than one version.
