Upgrade ipython to 4.1.2 in Cauldron :
I think that we need only Python3 version.

...ion is packaged, all binary python modules and all packages linked with libpython.so must be rebuilt.
...'s a trick for rebuilding the first packages in order to bootstrap the new python, because of dependency cycles.
