Summary
RpmdDrake to show the icons of update/backport/etc... and to show the contents of the descriptions file. Technically, that already works, except that noone is filling the descriptions file after validating update/backport.

Detailed Description
QA could during validation of an update/backport put the advisory and icon type in the descriptions file of a "tool".
This tool could then update needed places like:
- description files for mirrors
- send email to advisory lists
- show advisory on web in a list somewhere
I suspect some script will need to update this description file accross mirrors
Why it would be good for Mageia to include it
rpmdrake would as least show the icons and advisories when updates are there.
