You seem to be correct. I can in mga9 only find an icon
$ urpmf rpmdrake-remove tango-icon-theme:/usr/share/icons/Tango/scalable/apps/rpmdrake-remove.svg
Please open a bug and set to mageia-tools

Thanks, Morgan, but that is not needed. papoteur searched the NEWS of rpmdrake and found:

o stop packaging rpmdrake-remove (MDV#39485)
So it never existed in Mageia ;-)
