Can you please explain the "then and there"? I don't know how to translate this well.

I think he mans "hit the powerbutton and try the install again like written in step 1-4" ... i translated it in this way. Hit the powerbutton is turn off the PC.

Exactly - original text is a bit colloquial. It would be better to say "Stop immediately and turn the pc off using the power button". Please tell me if this is still difficult.
No ethernet and/or no Wifi Intel "Skylake" based systems
