It is probably best to look at how Mandriva packaged their MCC help.

There, the English help files were stored in /usr/share/doc/mandriva/en/Drakxtools-Guide/Drakxtools-Guide.html/

For us, they are in:

/usr/share/doc/mageia/en/MCC/content/

For both /en/ can be replaced by the code for another language the help files were translated into
