Summary
There is currently in the MCC a possibility of parental control thanks to Drakguard. Unfortunately, the "Time control" for Internet connexions apply the same way on every user, it is impossible to select controlled users and uncontrolled ones.

Detailed Description
Today it is impossible to set the family computer to block internet access to the children and let it free for the adults. Give the possibility to have a "Time control" in Drakguard for some users only. Some people have already had thought to it in the French MLO forum (in French):

Why it would be good for Mageia to include it
Mageia is also a family OS relevant for very young children.
